Y-MALAWI IS HIRING: YOUTH OFFICER
Y-Malawi invites qualified, committed applicants for two positions supporting church empowerment, youth programming, safeguarding, monitoring, and reporting.
Youth Officer – TA Mphomwa
Key Responsibilities
- Lead youth programs, Bible Study groups, and Farming God’s Way activities.
- Support child protection and Girls of Distinction activities in youth clubs.
- Submit monthly reports on progress, testimonies, challenges, and lessons learned.
- Uphold Y-Malawi ethics and communicate with the Area Coordinator.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Qualification in Social Work, Community Development, or a related field.
- Commitment to Christian faith and ministry.
- Clean criminal record, with no history of child abuse.
- Strong computer, reporting, communication, planning, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse people.
