Y-MALAWI IS HIRING: CHURCH FIELD OFFICER
Y-Malawi invites qualified, committed applicants for two positions supporting church empowerment, youth programming, safeguarding, monitoring, and reporting.
Church Field Officer – Chimutu
Key Responsibilities
- Strengthen church networks, leadership, discipleship, and spiritual growth.
- Coordinate church initiatives, including Men in the Mirror, family interventions, and seed projects.
- Mentor volunteers and promote sustainable local ministries.
- Track progress and submit monthly reports to the Area Coordinator.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Qualification in Theology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Commitment to Christian ministry and community transformation.
- Strong facilitation, communication, planning, teamwork, computer, and reporting skills.
- Able to work well with people from diverse denominational backgrounds.
- Church or community development experience is an advantage.
