Marketing Person – Job Specification
Position: Marketing Executive / Marketing Officer ( female candidate)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Relevant sales or marketing certifications are an advantage.
Experience:
- 1–3years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Experience in the garment, textile, uniform, or apparel industry is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer relationship management.
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion.
- Good presentation and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Valid driving licence (preferred, if field marketing is required).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Generate new customers and maintain existing client relationships.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with production and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel for business development.
Salary MK 500,000.00 including all taxes (This is fixed and non negotiable)
