Location: Canaan BnB, Area 43, Lilongwe

Canaan BnB is looking for a hardworking and experienced Chef to join our team.

Requirements

• Must have a certificate in Cooking, Hospitality, Hotel and Catering, or any related field.
• Must have experience working as a chef or cook.
• Experience working in a reputable hotel, lodge, restaurant, or guest house will be an added advantage.
• Ability to prepare international cuisines will be an added advantage.
• Must be honest, reliable, and able to work under minimum supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals for guests.
• Ensure the kitchen and workstations are always clean.
• Monitor food supplies and report when stock is running low.
• Store food properly and maintain good hygiene standards.
• Ensure food is well prepared and served on time.
• Take good care of kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
