PROCUREMENT TRAINEE

Location: Balaka and Blantyre

Role Summary

The Procurement Trainee will support procurement processes including supplier sourcing, purchase order preparation, bid evaluation assistance, and inventory tracking. The role provides exposure to contract administration, vendor relationship management, and compliance with procurement policies.

Qualifications & Work Experience

  • Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Internship or 1 year experience in procurement or logistics is desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, basic Excel proficiency, and good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with procurement systems
