HUMAN RESOURCES TRAINEE
Role summary
The HR trainee will support the human resources team with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, training coordination, and basic HR administration. The role offers structured on the job training in HR processes, HRIS use, and compliance, and requires close collaboration with HR officers to deliver timely, accurate HR services across the business.
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Degree in Human Resources, Public Administration or related field.
- 0-2 years’ experience; internships and industrial attachments,
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, good written and verbal communication, basic MS Office proficiency, and willingness to learn HR systems and procedures.
