Baylor College of Medicine Children’s Foundation – Malawi (BCMCF-M) is a Malawian not-for-profit non-government organization established in 2005 in partnership with the Government of Malawi and in collaborative support of the Ministry of Health. Our Mission is to provide high-quality, high-impact, highly ethical paediatric and family-centered health care, health professional training and clinical research, focused on HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, malaria, malnutrition and other conditions impacting the health and well-being of children and families of Malawi.

3. RFQ TERMS AND CONDITIONS
RFQ is governed by the following terms and conditions;
- Bidders must submit a copy of their registration certificate
- Bidders must be VAT registered and must be in possession of an MRA Electronic Fiscal Device (EFD).
- Bidders must have been operating in this business line for a period of not less than two years
- Bidders must have executed at least, six similar contracts of a value of not less than MWK20,000,000 For purposes of satisfying this requirement, bidders must provide documented evidence in the form of past contracts or Purchase Orders.
- Bidders must have physical operating premises
- Bids must include photographs or samples of the items being quoted
- Bids must be valid for 60 Calendar Days. The Bid validity period shall start on the bid submission due date
- The items must be delivered within six (6) weeks from date of acceptance of the purchase order Delivery shall be made at Baylor Tingathe offices located at Golden Peacock Office block, Floor number 5
- Payment shall be made within 30 days of receipt and acceptance of goods and the invoice. Vendors should submit the invoice only upon completing delivery of the items. Upon issuance of the Invoice, the supplier shall attach an MRA EFD receipt to the invoice. Invoices not supported by an EFD receipt will not be honored

5. BID SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

Baylor College of Medicine Children’s Foundation Malawi reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and is not bound to give reasons for its decision.
