PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHER

 Kasasa Private School, located in Dwangwa, Nkhotakota District, is a co-educational primary school offering the Cambridge Curriculum (Early Years to Stages 6) to learners aged 3 to 12 years. To support the effective and efficient delivery of its strategic objectives, Kasasa School invites applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and motivated candidates to fill the position of Primary School Teacher.

 Key Job Purpose

The successful candidate will teach the core subjects English (0096), Mathematics (0058) and Science (0097) and will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons that support the academic progress and wellbeing of all pupils.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Planning and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons.
• Assessing and monitor pupil progress,
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective support for all learners.
• Promoting positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
• Contributing to whole-school initiatives, events, and extracurricular activities.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should possess:

• A minimum of Diploma in Education or equivalent.
• A minimum of three years hands on experience in teaching the Cambridge Curriculum
• Must be registered and licensed by TCM.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
