- Job title: General Fitter cum Turner
Job Summary:
Flowtech Limited is seeking an experienced and skilled Fitter cum Turner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for emergency and scheduled maintenance of production equipment, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and carry out preventive maintenance of production machinery.
- Carry out routine lubrication, inspection, and servicing of machines.
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of machinery, air, and water lines, ensuring leak-free systems.
- Operate lathe, milling, drilling, grinding, shaping, and other workshop machines to manufacture or repair components.
- Dismantle, repair, fit, and assemble machine parts, tools, and sub-assemblies, including welding/brazing where required.
- Maintain safety standards, maintenance records, MRFs, and checklists, and perform other duties assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Grade 1 Certificate in Mechanical Trade / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Age: 23–40 years.

2. Job title: Welder
Job Summary:
Flowtech Limited is seeking an experienced and skilled Welder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for welding, fabrication, repair, and maintenance work related to production equipment and plant infrastructure, ensuring safe and reliable operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out welding, cutting, brazing, and fabrication for maintenance, repair, and installation work.
- Repair and fabricate machine components, frames, brackets, supports, guards, pipelines, and metal structures.
- Read and work from basic engineering drawings, measurements, and job specifications.
- Select appropriate welding processes, electrodes, and consumables, and ensure weld quality and accuracy.
- Assist the maintenance team with machine installation, modification, repair, and emergency breakdowns.
- Maintain welding equipment and tools, follow safety procedures, and complete required job records.
Requirements:
- Grade 1 Certificate in Welding/Fabrication or relevant recognized welding qualification (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Practical experience in industrial welding and fabrication.
- Age: 23–40 years.
Salary: Negotiable
