ASSISTANT PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHER
Kasasa Private School, located in Dwangwa, Nkhotakota district, is a co-educational primary school offering the Cambridge Curriculum (Early Years to Stages 6) to learners aged 3 to 12 years. To support the effective and efficient delivery of its strategic objectives, Kasasa School invites applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and motivated candidates to fill the position of Assistant Primary School Teacher.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing classroom support to lead teachers
- Making sure classrooms are safe and tidy before classes start
- Escorting and supervising learners
- Managing classroom resources and supplies
- Promoting feelings of security and trust in children through maintaining a safe and caring environment
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should possess:
- Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE)
- T2 or Diploma in Early Childhood Development (ECD). Candidates holding both qualifications will have an added advantage.
- A minimum of three years’ proven experience working with learners aged seven years and below. Experience with the Cambridge Curriculum will be an added advantage.
