SUPPLY OF OFFICE FURNITURE

Banja La Mtsogolo (BLM) is a Malawian Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), established in 1987 to improve the quality of life in Malawi through the provision of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare and primary healthcare. BLM is requesting tender for:

  1. Delivery of Goods is to be done within 5 days from the date of Purchase Order.
  2. Please provide clear, colored photographs of the furniture being quoted for.
  3. Enclose the following documentation as they will form part of the bid’s preliminary evaluation:
    1. A copy of your Trading License
    2. A copy of your valid Annual Tax Clearance Certificate
    3. Valid PPDA Certificate
    4. At least 3 LPOs or contracts for delivery of similar goods

5. Delays in delivery/completion of services will attract a cancellation of the contract.

6. Submission: hand-delivery in a sealed envelope addressed to The Internal Procurement & Disposal Committee, Banja La Mtsogolo, Box 1854, Lilongwe, marked “Supply of stationery” through the BLM designated Tender Box marked “Supply of stationery” at BLM Support Office reception area in Lilongwe, located along Paul Kagame Highway opposite CFAO. Banja La Mtsogolo, Box 1854, Lilongwe, by 15:30hrs on Monday, 31st August 2026.

NOTE: Quotations that are responsive, qualified, and technically compliant will be ranked according to price and a Purchase Order will be placed with the supplier offering the (best-fit combination of the three attributes) and not only on lowest-priced quotation.

BLM is not bound to engage any bidder if deemed unfit as per its organizational regulations

Late submissions will not be considered.
