SUPPLY OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES

Banja La Mtsogolo (BLM) is a Malawian Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), established in 1987 to improve the quality of life in Malawi through the provision of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare and primary healthcare. BLM is requesting tenders for:

  1. Please provide the Price Quotation using your official Proforma Invoice quoting the tender number
  2. Quotations should be responsive, qualified, and technically compliant. A Purchase Order will be placed with the supplier offering the (best-fit combination of the three attributes) and not only on the lowest-priced quotation.
  3. Enclose the following documentation:
  • A copy of your Trading License
  • A copy of your valid Annual Tax Clearance Certificate
  • Valid PPDA Certificate
  • Valid Certificate from PMRA
  • A list of recent LPOs / contracts performed
  1. Provide manufacturer details for all drugs in reference to the attached list of BLM approved manufacturers.
  2. Indicate expiry dates for all the items
  3. Submission: Quotations must be hand-delivered in a sealed envelope and deposited in the tender box marked ‘SUPPLY OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES “at the support office and addressed to:

The Internal Procurement & Disposal Committee, Banja La Mtsogolo, Box 1854, Lilongwe. by 9:00am on Thursday, 18th June 2026.

NOTE: BLM reserves the right to choose any supplier regardless of price

Late submissions will not be entertained.
