PBM GROUP – VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
As part of its expansion into building materials manufacturing, PBM Construction is launching PBM Steel and Concrete Company (SteeCon) and is inviting applications for the following leadership positions:
General Manager (GM) – Building Materials Manufacturing
Responsible for the overall management, strategic direction, and operational efficiency of the manufacturing company specializing in roofing sheets, ready-mix concrete, and other cement-based construction products. The GM will lead cross-functional teams, ensure production targets are met, maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance, and drive profitability and business growth.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering , Business Management or a related field. An MBA is an added advantage;
- 5- 10 years’ experience in manufacturing, construction or related industries with at least 3 years in senior management.
