GENERAL MANAGER
Serendib Hotels & Resorts, one of Malawi’s leading hospitality groups, invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Hotel General Manager.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in hotel management, with at least 3 years in a senior management position.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or related Degee in Hospitaliy Manas
- Proven experience in hotel operations, revenue generation, customer service, staff management, and business development.
- Strong leadership, financial management, and communication skills.
- Ability to drive occupancy, conference business, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
