CENTRAL RESERVATIONS MANAGER

Serendib Hotels & Resorts, a leading hospitality group in Malawi, invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Central Reservations Manager.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Reservations Manager or Central Reservations role within the hospitality industry.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel reservation systems, channel managers, and OTA platforms.
  • Experience in managing reservations for multiple hotel properties.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong leadership organizational, and team management skills.
