JOB TITLE: Sales and Marketing Assistant (2 positions)
RESPONSIBLE TO : Sales and Marketing Manager
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote hotel services including accommodation, dining, and conferencing facilities Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sale services Build relationships to encourage repeat business
- Work towards set sales and customer engagement targets Track daily and weekly sales and marketing performance Engage with customers during service to ensure satisfaction
- Create and post content on social media platforms (Tik-Tok, Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business).
- Capture photos and videos of the Hotel, events and guest experiences.
- Track performance of posts and online enquiries and prepare reports.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve visibility.
- Use basic Al tools to support content creation, captions and ideas
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer focused with positive attitude
- Strong understanding of social media and sales is an added advantage
