Job Description
The Jobholder will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and reporting financial information for the organisation.
- Receipting and banking of all funds collected
- Preparing daily Cash reconciliations
- Preparing cash books and bank reconciliations
- Petty cash administration and reconciliations
- Fleet and Fuel management and reconciliations
- Preparing Vehicle Usage reports
- Processing Journals and Audit
- Assisting in processing of payables and operational payments
- Book-keeping
- Preparing tax returns
- Inventory Management and control
- Maintaining the fixed asset registers
- Assisting in Audits and resolving queries
- Assisting in the preparation of Branch Management Accounts
- Maintenance of the General Ledger
- Preparation of reports for Management
- Any other duty as may be reasonably assigned.
