Call for Experts: Consultant for Call Centre Design, Installation, and Budgeting
Fujian Industrial Limited is seeking an experienced consultant to spearhead the design, budgeting, and installation of a state-of-the-art call centre in Malawi. This initiative aims to provide exceptional customer support to European clients while positioning FIL as a leader in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.

Scope of Work
1. Design Phase
- Develop a functional and ergonomic office layout for the call centre.
- Define the technology framework, including hardware, software, and connectivity solutions.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and other global data privacy standards.
2. Budgeting Phase
- Create a comprehensive budget for office setup, technology procurement, and recruitment.
- Identify cost-saving strategies and negotiate with local vendors and service providers.
3. Installation Phase
- Oversee the physical setup of office infrastructure, including workstations and training facilities.
- Supervise the deployment and configuration of call centre technology, including telephony systems, CRM tools, and backup solutions.
- Ensure all systems are tested and ready for operations by the project deadline.
Key Deliverables
- Office layout and infrastructure design.
- Itemised budget and vendor recommendations.
- Fully installed and operational call centre infrastructure.
- Handover package, including recruitment recommendations and an operational readiness checklist.
Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for professionals with:
- Extensive experience in call centre design and installation.
- Strong budgeting and vendor negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of cloud-based call centre systems, telephony, and CRM tools.
- Familiarity with GDPR and global data privacy regulations.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
Project Timeline
The consultant will be expected to deliver the project within the following timeline:
- Finalise Design and Budget: By 15 February 2025.
- Install Technology and Infrastructure: By 15 March 2025.
- Complete Setup and Handover: By 25 March 2025.
