Final Evaluation – Dedza-Lobi Livelihood Project Phase II

About the Project

EAM, in partnership with Ena (formerly Tear Fund Switzerland), is implementing the Dedza-Lobi Livelihood Phase II Project in the area of Traditional Authority Kachere, Dedza District (January 2023 – December 2026). The project targets 10,800 households (approx. 45,360 direct beneficiaries) and promotes agro-ecological farming, dietary diversification, fruit tree production, and village savings and loans activities.

Assignment 

EAM seeks a qualified and experienced consultant/firm to conduct the final evaluation of the project. The evaluation will assess:

  • Relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and sustainability of the project
  • Achievement of project outcomes and overall goal
  • Lessons learned, good practices, and recommendations for future programming
  • Strength of the EAM–Ena partnership

Key Deliverables

  • Inception report
  • Draft evaluation report
  • PowerPoint presentation of key findings
  • Final evaluation report (with executive summary, narrative, conclusions & appendices)
