REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ)

PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR GENDER AND JUSTICE UNIT (GJU)

The Gender and Justice Unit (GJU) is a Malawian non-governmental organization committed to advancing social justice and gender equality through strategic programs and community engagement. GJU invites qualified and reputable security service providers to submit quotations for the provision of security services and Rapid Response at its offices.

Scope of Services – The successful bidder shall provide:

  • One Day Security Guard (06:00 hrs. – 18:00 hrs.)
  • One Night Security Guard (18:00 hrs. – 06:00 hrs.)
  • Trained and licensed security personnel
  • Supervisory visits and incident reporting
  • Guard replacement arrangements during absences
  • Emergency response support where necessary

Qualification Requirements – Interested firms should submit:

  • Company profile
  • Certificate of incorporation/business registration
  • Evidence of statutory compliance (Tax Clearance Certificate)
  • At least three references from current or recent clients
  • Detailed quotation indicating monthly costs for the provision of the services (Security and Rapid Response)

Evaluation Criteria – Quotations will be evaluated based on:

  • Compliance with the requirements
  • Relevant experience and references
  • Capacity to provide quality security services
  • Cost competitiveness
  • Availability of supervision and emergency response mechanisms
