PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS 2026-2028
1.0 Introduction
Family Health Services (FHS) has partnered with the government of Malawi through the Ministry of Health (MoH) since 1994 in safeguarding the health of Malawians by using private sector approaches to reconfigure healthcare delivery – (i) through directly delivering innovative social and behavior change communications, social marketing and social franchising across a wide range of health areas including Reproductive Health, HIV, Malaria and water-borne disease prevention (i) by playing a market facilitation role, approaching market challenges and opportunities with a system-wide lens that unlocks a self-sustaining market with multiple players that can prioritize, adapt and ultimately thrive without external assistance and funds.
2.0 Prequalification Invitation
Family Health Services herein after referred to as the Contracting Authority and also the Procuring Entity in some respects, would like to prequalify eligible and reputable suppliers for the following goods and services for the 2026 – 2028 fiscal years for its Offices and all Program Areas in Malawi.
Prequalified suppliers/contractors may be required to enter into framework agreements with the Contracting Authority for the period of one year subject to renewal upon successful performance.

Interested suppliers are advised to include the following in their applications
- Name of organization
- Name(s) of shareholder(s) and directors
- Physical address and contact details
- Business registration certificate or certificate of incorporation
- Company profile.
- Copy of TPIN and VAT registration certificate
- Valid tax clearance certificate.
- Valid PPDA
- Track record and at least three references
- Evidence of at least three similar past experience
- Bank details and account statements for the past recent 3 months.
- Recently audited financial statements.
Applications in sealed envelopes clearly marked Prequalification of Suppliers 2026/2028 including lot number applied for should be submitted and recorded in a tender register book at the reception by Friday the 10th July, 2026 before 13:30 hrs at the following address
