INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR SUPPLY OF GOODS AND PROVISION OF SERVICES AT BAYLOR COLLEGE OF MEDICINE – CHILDREN’S FOUNDATION MALAWI
FROM 1ST JULY 2026 TO 30th JUNE 2028.
Baylor College of Medicine Children’s Foundation – Malawi (BCMCF-M) is a not-for-profit organization working in partnership with the Malawi government in the health sector. Our Mission is to provide high-quality, high-impact, highly ethical paediatric and family-centered health care, health professional training and clinical research, focused on HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, malaria, malnutrition, and other conditions impacting the health and well-being of children and families worldwide. We are situated within the Kamuzu Central Hospital campus (opposite Kamuzu College of Nursing).
BCMCF-M is seeking to invite vendors who will be added to the pre-qualified list of suppliers for goods and services of items shown in the following lots from 1st July 2026 to 30th June 2028 using
BCMCF-M procurement procedures.

| 13 | Supply of surgical, pharmaceutic, lab and medical equipment |
| 14 | Supply of pharmaceutic drugs |
| 15 | Supply of motor vehicle tyres and tubes, balancing and fitting |
| 16 | Supply of protective wear and backpacks |
| 17 | Provision of travel and related services |
| 18 | Provision of first aid training |
| 19 | Supply and maintenance of solar and generator services |

2. Interested eligible suppliers should submit detailed Expression of Interest documents indicating Lot numbers of goods or services they can supply to the address indicated below. The Expression of Interest documents should among other things include:
- Name (s) and contact details of the business owner (s)
- Name, contact address including physical address, cellphone, and email address of the supplier.
- Articles of incorporation or Registration Certificate of the suppliers
- References from three other big and well-known organizations
- Evidence of Registration with PPDA
- Evidence of financial resources – financial statement in the last 3 months
- Evidence of tax compliance
- List of contracts successfully executed in the last two years indicating name of client, contract amount.
- Contract period and description of goods supplied/ services provided.
- Evidence of having worked in a hospital environment – Especially for those applying for cleaning Services.
- Signed application letter for pre-qualification in the form of Expression of Interest.
3. Bidding documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the address below at
Baylor College of Medicine Children’s Foundation – Malawi at the second floor Reception.
4. Closing date for receiving pre-qualification, Expression of Interest documents is 27th February
2026 at 13:00 hours. Expression of Interest documents should clearly be marked with the lot you are interested in for should be Hand delivered or couriered to:
