SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICES OFFICER (NF5)
The position is tenable at NEEF Headquarters.
Reporting to the Customer Services Manager
Job Purpose
To support the development, review and effective implementation of policies, plans, strategies and programmes with the aim of ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing input in the development and review of effective customer service policies, plans, budgets, procedures and customer feedback mechanisms
- Implementing customer service policies, plans, budgets and procedures.
- Monitoring and implementing mechanisms to align with industry best practices and emerging trends in customer service
- Implementing customer feedback mechanisms to gather service improvement insights.
- Analyzing of customer feedback and implementation of improvements based on the insights
- Handling escalated customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution
- Collaborating with Marketing to develop promotional materials that effectively communicate the Fund’s services.
- Implementing and optimizing customer service technologies and tools.
- Representing the Fund at events, conferences, and meetings to advocate for its mission.
- Establishing and maintaining partnerships with government entities, NGOs, and community organizations to enhance service delivery. arons to enance s
- Drafting and reviewing periodic reports for submission to management as directed.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field obtained from an accredited institution.
- 3 years relevant post-qualification experience in a similar role in customer service management or marketing roles, preferably within the financial sector or nonprofit organizations.
