We are recruiting for the following positions based at our Head Office in Blantyre and branch offices in Blantyre and Lilongwe.
SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Job Purpose:
To manage a portfolio of clients by delivering tailored insurance solutions, overseeing underwriting and claims processes, and ensuring a high standard of client service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle underwriting, claims, and policy placement processes
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Maintain and strengthen client and insurer relationships
- Coordinate timely renewals and ensure accurate documentation
- Monitor premium collections and manage outstanding accounts
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field from a recognised institution
- 4-6 years of experience in insurance or broking roles
- A Diploma in Insurance or working towards CII certification is preferred
Key Competencies:
- Strong customer service and negotiation abilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
