We are recruiting for the following positions based at our Head Office in Blantyre and branch offices in Blantyre and Lilongwe.

SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Job Purpose:

To manage a portfolio of clients by delivering tailored insurance solutions, overseeing underwriting and claims processes, and ensuring a high standard of client service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle underwriting, claims, and policy placement processes
  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend appropriate insurance products
  • Maintain and strengthen client and insurer relationships
  • Coordinate timely renewals and ensure accurate documentation
  • Monitor premium collections and manage outstanding accounts

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field from a recognised institution
  • 4-6 years of experience in insurance or broking roles
  • A Diploma in Insurance or working towards CII certification is preferred

Key Competencies:

  • Strong customer service and negotiation abilities
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
