As part of its expansion into building materials manufacturing, PBM Construction is launching PBM Steel and Concrete Company (SteeCon) and is inviting applications for the following leadership positions
Sales and Marketing Manager – Building Materials Manufacturing
Responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen brand presence for the company’s products, including roofing sheets, ready-mix concrete, and cement-based construction solutions. The Sales and Marketing Manager will lead the sales team, manage client relationships, and identify new business opportunities while ensuring a strong market positioning in both retail and project-based construction markets.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors’ Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; An MBA is an added advantage;
- 3-5 years’ experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
