POSITION: QUANTITY SURVEYOR (1 POSITION)

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or any related field from a recognised institution.

Experience and skills

Must have more than 5 years relevant working experience in preparation of

• contract documents,
• preliminary and advanced stage estimates for tendering process
• Bills of Quantities,
• interim payment certificates and
• final accounts of projects.

Experience in co-supervising construction projects, attending site meetings, and controlling quality of measurement data in civil as well as building construction projects is a must. The incumbent must be a team player, detail oriented, have excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, a self-motivated individual, and be computer literate. At the office, the QS will be in-charge of maintaining contract documentation and fees related to all organisational construction activities.

SALARY:

Competitive, negotiable based on experience for those meeting the employer’s expectations.
