Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Core Network Engineer to act as al Technical Director / Team Lead (TD/TL) and a Senior Maintenance Engineer for our next-generation telecommunications infrastructure. In this dual capacity, you will drive the successful delivery of complex voice and data engineering projects while leading, mentoring, and ensuring the health and stability of our live production core network.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Delivery & Technical Leadership (TL/TD)

• Act as the Technical Lead / Technical Director for all CS, IMS, VoLTE Voice, and PS/ 5GC data projects.
• Manage delivery plans and resource allocation to ensure projects are executed on schedule.
• Drive high-level engineering designs, equipment commissioning, integrations, and rigorous project acceptance phases.
• Resolve complex technical issues arising during project implementation, acting as the ultimate technical escalation point.

2. Core Network Maintenance & Performance Optimization

• Proactively maintain and analyze the CS/IMS/VoLTE and PS/5GC data products; support user complaint, fault location, troubleshooting, and KPI optimization, improve Core network performance, and ensure healthy and stable Core network operation.

3. Mentorship & Talent Development

• Act as a dedicated tutor and mentor to onboard new employees, junior engineers, and surveillance teams.

Position Requirements

Technical Knowledge & Experience

• Deep, expert-level understanding of CS, IMS, VoLTE voice architectures, alongside legacy EPC, standalone/non-standalone PS, and 5GC data products.
• Proven background in Core Network design, including architectural planning, network dimensioning, and configuration management.
• Proficiency with specialized delivery and maintenance tools and strong familiarity with key network protocols

Leadership & Soft Skills

• Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional technical teams through the entire lifecycle of major network deployments.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to explain complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working comfortably and collaboratively in a high-pressure, multi-cultural corporate environment.
• Complete professional fluency in English (both spoken and written).

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a highly related IT field.
• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in core network engineering and project delivery roles.
