A reputable institution based in Lilongwe is seeking to employ an

ACCOUNTS CLERK.

Job purpose

Maintaining books of accounts in order to conform to regulations.

Personal qualifications

  • Must have a minimum of Diploma in Accountancy from a reputable institution
  • Must have a minimum of three (03) years’ work experience in the field
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Excellency written and oral skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision
  • Must be aged between 25 and 35 years.

Main duties

  • Daily banking
  • Preparing appropriate accounts
  • Liaise with audit to compile financial documents
  • Filling and preparation of payment vouchers, pension contributions and payroll management.
