VACANCIES ANNOUNCEMENT
Mothers Holding Limited a holding company with subsidiaries in Blantyre and Mangochi invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill in the following vacant positions:
1. Bakery Manager
Responsible for overseeing bakery production, ensuring efficient operations, maintaining product quality standards, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements.
Qualifications:
Degree in Food Production, Bakery Management, Business Administration, or related field with at least 5 years’ experience.
2. Bakery Production Manager
Responsible for managing daily production in FMCG, ensuring efficiency, minimizing wastage, and maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Production Management or related field with 5 years’ experience.
3. Brand and Marketing Manager
Responsible for developing marketing strategies, promoting bakery products, increasing brand visibility, and managing customer relations.
Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing or Business Administration with 5 years’ experience.
4. Administrative Manager
Responsible for managing office and administrative functions to ensure smooth operational stability. Oversees corporate governance compliance, maintains accurate company records and documentation, and ensures proper administrative reporting systems. Also liaises with government authorities on permits, licenses, and statutory obligations.
Qualifications:
Degree in Business Administration with 5 years’ experience.
5. Financial Operations Manager
Responsible for financial planning, reporting, budgeting, payroll, and ensuring financial compliance.
Qualifications:
Degree in Accounting/Finance with 5 years’ experience.
6. Technical Workshop Manager
Responsible for the maintenance and servicing of company fleet vehicles, bakery production equipment, and other mechanical systems. Ensures all machinery and vehicles are in good working condition to support smooth and efficient operations.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with relevant experience.
7. Quality Assurance Officer
Responsible for ensuring product quality, food safety compliance, and conducting routine inspections in production areas.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Food Science or related field with 3 years’ experience.
8. Sales and Marketing Officer
Responsible for promoting bakery products, conducting market surveys, and supporting sales activities.
Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Marketing or related field with 3 years experience.
9. Human Resources Officer
Responsible for recruitment, employee welfare, HR administration, and performance management.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in HR Management with 3 years’ experience.
10. IT & Surveillance Officer
Responsible for IT systems support, network maintenance, and CCTV monitoring and Maintenance.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in IT or Computer Science with relevant experience.
11. Occupational Health, Safety & Hygiene Officer
Responsible for ensuring workplace safety, hygiene compliance, and conducting safety inspections.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field with relevant experience.
12. Accounts Officer
Responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and preparing financial reports.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance with relevant experience.
13. Bakery Production Supervisor
Responsible for supervising bakery production staff and ensuring daily production targets are met.
Qualifications:
Diploma in related field with 3 years’ experience.
14. Logistics Supervisor
Responsible for transport coordination, inventory control, and product distribution.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Logistics or related field with 3 years’ experience.
15. Cashier
Responsible for handling daily cash sales, accurate counting and recording of cash transactions, issuing receipts, preparing daily cash summaries, and ensuring proper cash reconciliation. Also responsible for banking daily collections and maintaining financial accuracy and accountability.
Qualifications:
Certificate/Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration with relevant experience.
