Land Resource Center Trust (LRCT) is looking for well qualified and experienced persons to fill the following vacant position:
ACCOUNTANT
Duties & Responsibilities
- Organise accounting records such as registers, ledgers, journals and individual accounts
- Reconciling general ledgers, bank statements and balance sheets
- Preparing tax returns
- Analyzing financial data and managing employee and business expenses
- Organise source documents, files and other account affiliated information
- Organise all routine registers; manage the budget and carry out analysis on all data
- Managing and tracking and reconciling account receivables and payables
- Conducting internal audits and variance analyses to identify trends or discrepancies
- Forecasting cash flow and making recommendations based on performance data
- Maintaining internal controls and accounting systems to support accuracy and prevent fraud
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
Qualifications and Experience:
Qualified candidate must be a holder of Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy with a minimum of 5 years) experience in Accounting or Bookkeeping.
