1. WAREHOUSE & OPERATIONS MANAGER (BLANTYRE)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee stock procurement, storage, and security
- Plan and manage logistics and distribution
- Conduct stock reconciliations and reporting
- Lead and manage warehouse teams
Qualifications
- Degree in Supply Chain & Logistics, Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
Experience
- 2-3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in the private sector
2. WAREHOUSE SUPERVISORS (BLANTYRE)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage stock and ensure secure storage
- Oversee stock releases and dispatches
- Conduct stock reconciliations
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain & Logistics, Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
Experience
1-3 years’ relevant experience
3. SALES SUPERVISOR
Locations
Lilongwe, Blantyre, Mchinji, Kasungu, Dedza, Mzuzu, Mzimba, Mulanje, Zomba
Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer acquisition and retention
- Achieve sales and revenue targets
- Supervise and motivate sales teams
Qualifications
Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
Experience
2-3 years’ relevant experience
4. SALES OFFICERS
Locations
Lilongwe, Blantyre, Mchinji, Kasungu, Dedza, Mzuzu, Mzimba, Mulanje, Zomba
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new customers
- Provide customer support
- Achieve individual sales targets
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
Experience
1-3 years’ relevant experience
5. ACCOUNTANT (BLANTYRE)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial reporting and cost control
- Handle debtors and creditors
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure tax compliance
- Process and maintain customer credit/loan records
- Monitor repayments and support credit control
Qualifications
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
Experience
2-3 years’ relevant experience in accounting and/or credit administration
