ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Foremen to oversee daily operations at our active construction sites. The ideal candidates will ensure efficient coordination of labor, materials, and subcontractors, guaranteeing that safety, quality, and project timelines are upheld.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a foreman or supervisory role
- Diploma in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Construction Management or related field
- Proven knowledge of building techniques, materials, and construction safety standards
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate site activities and personnel
- Liaise with site engineers and project managers for daily planning and execution of works
- Resolve on-site issues and enforce quality control measures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Monitor progress and prepare daily and weekly site reports
- Manage site logistics and inventory of materials and tools.
