Purpose of the Role
The Company Secretary and Compliance Manager serves as a vital ink between the Board of Directors, Executive Management, shareholders, and regulatory authorities. The role ensures adherence to all legal, statutory, and corporate governance obligations while supporting sustainable and ethical business practices.
