Mehboob Memorial Centre (MMC) – a leading charitable organisation in Malawi focused on education, health, and community development – is expanding its team. Therefore, MMC is hiring passionate and qualified individuals for the following position:
HEAD OF SECURITY
Lead security planning and implementation to protect personnel, assets, and information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead security planning and risk assessments
- Oversee physical and cyber security operations
- Train and supervise security personnel
- Develop emergency response protocols
- Respond to and manage security incidents
Qualification and Skills:
- Certificate/Diploma in Security Management
- At least 5 years proven experience in a Head of Security role
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment and compliance
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with digital security systems
