Join the Realsim Maintenance Team
Realsim is seeking qualified and experienced professionals to join our dynamic maintenance team.
We are currently hiring for the positions of Experienced Plumber to support our growing portfolio of properties.
Position: Plumber
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems.
- Diagnose and fix plumbing faults promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with plumbing standards and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to deliver timely solutions.
Requirements:
- Certificate in Plumbing.
- Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on plumbing experience.
- Physically fit with the ability to handle heavy tools and equipment.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for effective problem resolution.
