FRONT OFFICE STAFF FOR LODGE

Location: Blantyre
Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out
  • Manage reservations and guest inquiries
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional environment

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in front desk or customer service roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in reservation and property management systems
  • Friendly, organized, and attentive to detail
