Vacancy : General Manager
Our remote island lodge is in need of a highly experienced General Manager who can lead a diverse team and enhance guest experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for management of the team, running camp operations in line with the group objectives, environmental policies and minimum standards, which includes but is not exclusive to monthly reporting and financials. Maintaining a high level of cleanliness throughout all lodge facilities and overseeing the upkeep of all company assets.
Applicants should have a minimum of 20 years hospitality experience, with at least 10 of those in a senior management position.
