Job Description

  • Business Fund Account reporting
  • Analysing general ledger revenue reports against policy administration systems reports
  • Reviewing integration of premium transactions from banking systems into Money Management Systems (D365 and Digiata)
  • Reviewing Business Accounting schedules to form part of monthly audit schedules
  • Reviewing weekly large currency transaction reports generated by systems
  • Checking and verification of claims collection files integrated into banking systems
  • Weekly and ad hoc reviews of the performance of systems involved in the claims disbursement process
  • Analysing general ledger revenue reports against policy administration systems reports
  • Supervision of Money Out team
  • Reassurance premiums accounting in liaison with underwriting team
  • Reassurance Recoveries accounting in liaison with underwriting team
  • Assisting on business projects and identifying areas of improvement
  • Treasury reporting of claims
  • Attending to exception items in Money Management system
  • Authorising banks statements in Money Management system
