FEED the Children Malawi

FEED the Children Malawi is looking to engage Data Entry Clerks in Lilongwe, Karonga and Nkhotakota. This intern post will be for a duration of 3 months.

Data Entry Excellence

  • Accurately enter monthly cluster leader reports meticulously, ensuing high data quality standards;
  • Conduct data validation checks to minimize errors and discrepancies;

Collaboration and Support

  • Collaborate seamlessly with existing Field Facilitators, supplementing their efforts to achieve a comprehensive data entry process
  • Provide additional support to Field Facilitators aiding in the entry of data

Quality Assurance Measures

  • Implement stringent quality assurance measures to guarantee the accuracy and completeness of data entered
  • Identify and rectify any discrepancies promptly
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Timely Delivery of Commitment

  • Commit to completing the data entry for the specified forms within the allocated timeframe

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma in ICT, Statistics, Monitoring and Evaluation or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with database management systems and data entry software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
