JUNIOR CATERING AND INFLIGHT SERVICES (LILONGWE)

Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill in the position of Junior Catering and Inflight Services based in Lilongwe (Kamuzu International Airport – KIA). The position holder will be reporting to the Catering and Inflight Services Specialist.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in provision of excellent in-flight catering service.
• Handling catering food and beverage operations in line with Company regulations and standards.
• Ensure food safety and health and safety standards are constantly being met.
• Works with suppliers to maintain high standards and creation of menus.
• Adherence to the safety and security standards of Malawi Airlines and reporting of any deviation.

Qualifications and Work Experience

• Certificate in Food Production or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• MSCE
• At least 2 years’ experience and those with aviation catering know how will have added advantage.
• High level proven integrity.
