- RECEPTIONIST
Location: Lilongwe
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
- Manage front desk operations including handling inquiries and messages
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and mail handling
Minimum Qualification:
- Diploma in Administration or any other relevant qualification
- Proven experience of one year working at a reception desk or in asimilar front-office role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Conversant with using a tablet
- Ability to handle visitors and phone calls with professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft office particularly excel
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Time management skills
- Proficient with online appointment booking system & record keeping
- Those with a driving license will have an added advantage
- ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Location: Lilongwe
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to management and other staff
- Fielding phone calls, managing emails and post, and acting as a first point of contact for visitors and internal staff.
- Ensuring the office runs smoothly by managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and overseeing general office upkeep.
- Creating and maintaining accurate records, filing systems, and databases for personnel, financial, and other company data.
- Organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and executives.
- Providing administrative support to management and staff, including typing letters, preparing reports, and assisting with presentations.
- Assisting with basic financial duties such as tracking expenses, managing budgets, and reconciling invoices.
- Coordinating and supporting the organization of company events, meetings, and other corporate functions.
- Monitoring office inventory, including stationery and other consumable supplies, and placing orders when needed.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents
- Maintain and organize office files and records
Minimum Qualification:
- Diploma in Administration or any other relevant qualification
- Proven experience of one year in a similar role

3.OFFICE ASSISTANT/ MESSENGER
Location: Lilongwe
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform various office errands
- Answer phones, direct calls, respond to emails, and serve as a contact point for clients.
- Handle mail, sort and distribute documents, and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Keep track of office supplies, order new materials, and ensure communal spaces are tidy.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Assist other staff with clerical duties, data entry, and basic bookkeeping.
- Greet visitors, assist with front-desk duties, and help clients.
Minimum Qualification:
- Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) or any other relevant qualification
- High level of honest, reliable, and able to work during odd hours
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage time and complete tasks promptly experience in a similar role is an added advantage
