Position: Cookstove Field Officers
Location: Kasungu

Community Development Initiative (CDI) is seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Cookstove Field Officers. The successful candidates will support our community-based programs aimed at promoting the use of clean and efficient cookstoves to improve environmental sustainability and household well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mobilize and engage community members on the benefits of clean cookstoves.
- Support training, demonstrations, and awareness campaigns at the community level.
- Collect and report data on project activities and outcomes.
- Work closely with community leaders and households to encourage adoption of cookstoves.
- Perform other duties as assigned in line with project objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) or higher.
- Aged between 18–40 years.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in community mobilization or development work will be an added advantage.
- Resident of Kasungu or willing to work in Kasungu District.
