CONSUMER SALES EXECUTIVE – CHITIPA, MZUZU, LILONGWE
The Consumer Sales Executive is responsible for driving subscriber connections, recruiting and managing Mpamba agents, customers and ensuring 100% product availability.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities
- Drive gross adds, recruit and manage Mpamba agents, retailers and SIM Registration agents and ensure 100% availability of TNM products in the territory.
- Monitor and coordinate on Dealer Stocks, monitor Dealer capacity as compared to market demand.
- Ensure Dealers adhere to the standard operating processes and guidelines laid down by TNM and protect TNM’s interests.
- Assist in dealer business development and guide the Dealer on how to become more profitable.
- Conduct Dealer and DSRs weekly performance review meetings.
- Ensure excellent retail branding and visibility in the territory.
- Analyze the sales by channel and outlet in the routes and implement initiatives for more sales in key channels.
- Conduct market research and surveys.
- Ensure that all network related challenges in the territory are resolved on time.
- Prepare and submit sales, market share and market visits reports.
Educational and professional Requirements
- Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, Business Studies or any related field.
- Proven work experience in sales and marketing especially in FMCG and services.
- Valid driving licence and proficiency in driving manual vehicles.
- High drive for results and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills both oral and written.
