SALARY: Within The Grade Of K/M8 Salary Segment
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates must possess a Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Commerce or Marketing obtained from accredited institutions
Duties of Post
- Evaluating performance and providing feedback.
- Creating and managing team schedules
- Training new sales staff
- Identifying and applying career advancement opportunities
- Monitoring productivity and performance
- Designing viable sales policy
- To meet challenging tasks of publicity and display
- Continually assess marketing techniques and their efficiency in affecting sales
