International Short-term Expert (ISTE)-Technical Support For The Review of the TEVET Curriculum Development Framework
The British Council, under the EU-funded Zantchito Skills for Jobs Project – Technical Assistance (TA) Component, invites expressions of interest from qualified and experienced International Short-Term Experts (ISTEs) to provide technical support for the review of the TEVET Curriculum Development Framework. This assignment contributes to the realization of Specific Objective 1 of the TA Project: Improved coordination of the national TEVET system to realize governance that supports the improved quality and inclusiveness of outcomes.

Role overview
The objective of the assignment is to collect information and review stakeholder feedback that will be used in the review of the current TEVET Curriculum Development Framework for Malawi. The expert will be the lead and based in Lilongwe with field travels as required by the assignment.
The work is expected to take 30 days, spread between 15 September 2025 and 30 December 2025. The expert shall be expected to deliver to the British Council, the inception report & work plan; draft revised curriculum development framework, a validated framework and final report for the assignment.
