JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Recruitment and Onboarding,Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing candidates, and facilitating the onboarding of new employees. This involves crafting job descriptions and developing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Employee Relations,Serve as a link between management and employees, addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment. This includes managing performance issues and conducting disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Training and Development,Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. This involves assessing training needs, creating development plans, and ensuring employees have opportunities for professional growth.
- Compliance and Policy Management,Ensure that the company adheres to labor laws and regulations. This includes developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with legal requirements and best practices.
- Performance Management,Oversee performance appraisal processes, helping employees align their work with organizational goals. This includes designing performance evaluation systems and facilitating feedback sessions.
- Compensation and Benefits,Administer employee benefits programs and ensure competitive compensation packages to attract and retain talent. This involves conducting market research to stay competitive in the job market.
- Strategic Planning,Collaborate with top executives to align HR strategies with the organization’s goals. This includes workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning to ensure the organization is prepared for future challenges.
- Maintaining HR Records,Keep accurate HR records and prepare reports as needed. This includes tracking employee data, compliance documentation, and performance metrics.
- Payroll management,be able to handle employees payrolls.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management.
The applicants will be assigned to our Lilongwe office and Mzimba Office in Mzimba District respectively
- Must be conversant with Malawi Labour Laws,
- Be able to handle Workers Pensions,
- Be able to handle labour issues including workers compensation claims.
- Experienced in working with Construction Company.
- Must have 8-10years of Overall Experience as HR.
