DMI- St. John the Baptist University, accredited by the National Council for Higher Education (NCHE), invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals who would like to apply for various positions at our campuses located in Mangochi, Lilongwe, and Blantyre. We are seeking dedicated and dynamic individuals to join our team in various fields.

Administrative Positions

University Registrar
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior administrative position
  • Good communication and computer skills & Preventing rafting skills
  • Familiarity with Malawian Labor Laws
Director of Research, Innovation & Publication
  • A Ph.D in a relevant field from a recognized university
  • Experience in editing and publishing research journals or books
  • Familiarity with research funding agencies
  • Experience in organizing research conferences, workshops, and seminars in Malawi
  • Strong knowledge of research ethics, integrity, and compliance
Director of ICT
  • A master’s degree in computer science/ computer application/ information technology
  • A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 3 years of experience mentoring IT teams and projects.
  • Must have Strong skill in understanding of computer systems, networks, security, and databases.
Principal
  • A Ph.D in a relevant field from a recognized university
  • Extensive experience in academic leadership roles
  • A proven track record of strategic planning, organizational development, and change management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Librarians
  • Master’s degree in library and information science
Accountant
  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in commerce with professional certificate
Marketing & Admission Officer
  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in marketing
Girls Hostel Warden
  • Bachelor Degree in Social Work or Education or Student’ counselling or Students’ administration or Equivalent.
