1. GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Minimum requirements and attributes:
- MSCE and Diploma in Graphic design, Computer Science or Journalism.
- Experience in graphic design is a MUST.
- Knowledge/ experience of on-line marketing.
- Innovative and creative with adobe skills.
- Good communication and negotiations skills.
- Those with qualification and experience in real estate/ properties marketing will have an added advantage.
Key responsibilities
- Graphic design: Creation of literature, posters and fliers.
- Photography & Videography: Shooting and editing photographs.
- Digital marketing: Web maintenance and social media management.
- Sales and Marketing: promoting, selling and letting of properties.
2. SALES AGENTS
- Must have MSCE and Diploma in Sales and Marketing or Land Administration.
- Those with experience in selling and renting of properties will be given a priority.
- Payment of wages/ remuneration be based on sales commission only.
