Position: Senior HR Personnel

Are you a seasoned HR professional with a passion for strategic leadership, compliance, and people-centered solutions? We’re seeking a Senior HR Personnel to lead our human resources function with integrity, empathy, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR strategy and policy implementation across the organization
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance internal policies
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
  • Guide payroll, benefits, and leave administration with precision
  • Support leadership in organizational development and change management
  • Manage Performance assessment and employee retention.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior HR role
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Sage)
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
