Position: Senior HR Personnel
Are you a seasoned HR professional with a passion for strategic leadership, compliance, and people-centered solutions? We’re seeking a Senior HR Personnel to lead our human resources function with integrity, empathy, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR strategy and policy implementation across the organization
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives
- Ensure compliance internal policies
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
- Guide payroll, benefits, and leave administration with precision
- Support leadership in organizational development and change management
- Manage Performance assessment and employee retention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior HR role
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Sage)
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
