Role Overview
We are hiring Sales Representatives to help expand our customer base and strengthen relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and passionate about helping small businesses thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell a wide range of products to both new and existing customers
- Engage directly with micro-resellers to understand and meet their needs
- Demonstrate product knowledge, particularly in groceries, hardware, and bicycles
- Build strong relationships and ensure consistent customer satisfaction
- Gather feedback, report market trends, and monitor competitor activity
- Collaborate with warehouse and stock teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in sales— preferably in wholesale, FMCG, or hardware distribution
- Experience or exposure to soap manufacturing or related industries is a strong plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
- Basic computer literacy (e.g. email, WhatsApp, Excel) is an added advantage
- A smart phone for easy communication
